What’s in the Guide:
Let’s find out which version of the Twin you have:
If your stroller has an adjustable parent handlebar, you have the Twinᵛ² (latest release). If your stroller does not have the adjustable parent handlebar, you have the Twinᵛ¹ (original version).
Which add-on should I get:
For the Twinᵛ¹ - You want to make sure that you choose the V1 option for your add-on seat. You can view the Trioᵛ¹ Add-On Seat here or the Tribeᵛ¹ Add-On Seat here. Colors the V1 option come in: Luxe Black and Luxe Grey.
For the Twinᵛ² - You want to make sure that you choose the V2 option for your add-on seat. You can view the Trioᵛ² Add-On Seat here or the Tribeᵛ² Add-On Seat here. Colors the V2 come in: Ocean, Forest, Sand, Black and Grey.
*Reminder: The V2 will not be compatible on the V1 and the V1 will not be compatible on the V2.

Does your Trio accept infant car seats?
Our Trioᵛ² strollers are compatible with a car seat adapter to extend the life of your stroller into the newborn days.
- Our Trioᵛ² is compatible with the Graco & Chicco adapter but it is not compatible with the Nuna, Maxi Cosi, Cybex and Britax car seat adapter.

Can the Car Seat Adapter be used with the Tribe, or Tandem+?
No. The Tribe and the Tandem are not compatible.

Returns

The goal of this policy is to let you test drive the stroller in your home and truly *feel* how awesome our products are. We know that sometimes you just need to see it for yourself and experience the ease, comfort, and simplicity of Zoe. Please be mindful of keeping items in new condition and avoid using strollers outdoors to ensure a full refund.
Warranty
Your Zoe stroller is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.
