Strollers

Your Zoe stroller is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.

Our warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original purchaser. It does not extend to unauthorized purchasers of the product as a result of resale. Additionally, it is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase, including order number, and order details. Warranties are not extended to replacements, meaning we do not offer a warranty with a new replacement stroller. We are not able to ship replacements or repair parts outside of the United States.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Incorrect or inappropriate usage including but not limited to care, maintenance, storage and cleaning that does not follow the instructions in our manuals
  • Improper installation as detailed by our product guides
  • Normal wear + tear
  • Failure to follow instructions in our product guides
  • Abuse, theft, carelessness, or neglect
  • Degradation caused by the sun, sweat, detergents, damp storage conditions, or frequent washings - this includes sun damage to canopies
  • Repairs needed due to accessory usage of 3rd party items including glider boards or ride on attachments
  • Second owners or other users
  • Damage caused by airline handling (these claims should be filed directly with the airline - Zoe can help provide proof of purchase and replacement value if required)
  • Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer
  • Personal opinion dissatisfaction pertaining to functionality, features, or aesthetics

Please note: Our strollers are constructed with 600D and 900D fabrics that have been tested to hold up to 45 lbs per seat. A rip or tear upon arrival is considered a manufacturing defect and will be replaced immediately, but any ripping or tearing of the seat after use is considered to be normal wear and tear, or from improper use, and is not covered by the warranty.

Zoe will provide replacement parts and conduct repairs as determined by the company. We reserve the right to determine if warranty terms and conditions are met.

Other Zoe Gear:

Zoe accessories are covered by a 6-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. We will replace any accessories that qualify for our warranty. Please note that most accessories are also available for purchase on our accessories page.  

Zoe Cloud Travel Cribs, High Chairs, and MUNCHkin Party Set are covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the day they were purchased.

Zoe will provide replacement parts and conduct repairs as determined by the company. We reserve the right to determine if warranty terms and conditions are met.


How do I get started with my warranty claim?

This brief form allows for proper documentation and helps us properly diagnose and troubleshoot the root cause of the issue you are experiencing. All replacement parts and entire stroller replacements are processed through this form. We typically respond within 2-3 business days and can ship** in-stock parts or replacements in 1-2 business days once we find a solution.


Are there any exceptions I should know about?

**Please note: we cannot ship replacements or repair parts outside of the United States. 

Items purchased during significant sale events such as Warehouse Sales or Black Friday / Cyber Monday may not be eligible for warranty. Be sure to check the terms of special discount offers before purchasing, as warranties may not be offered. Items purchased at a discount from the Zoe outlet may not be covered under warranty.

Returns

Your kid might not have a return policy, but we sure do! We offer a 30-day trial period so you can test out Zoe products in the convenience and comfort of your own home. The goal of this policy is to let you test drive the stroller in your home and truly *feel* how awesome our products are. We know that sometimes you just need to see it for yourself and experience the ease, comfort, and simplicity of Zoe. Please be mindful of keeping items in new condition and avoid using strollers outdoors to ensure a full refund.
