It does not extend to unauthorized purchasers of the product as a result of resale. Additionally, it is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase, including order number, and order details. Warranties are not extended to replacements, meaning we do not offer a warranty with a new replacement stroller. We are not able to ship replacements or repair parts outside of the United States. Strollers purchased from resale sites such as Good Buy Gear and Stork Exchange are not covered under Zoe&#x2019;s Warranty program. Zoe Warranty Policy

In order to ensure that the damaged stroller is not a safety risk and cannot be used by anyone else, we ask that you follow our stroller disposal procedure here.

Please cut all of the harness straps and the folding strap off of your damaged stroller.&#xA0;2. Next, please take photos of the stroller with the straps cut off and either upload photos to the appropriate form or email us with those photos.&#xA0;3. After you have done this, the stroller should be thrown away.
