What is the weight and age limit?

• Kids all grow at different rates, so measurements are your best bet in knowing what will work for your family. You can start using it the day you bring that new little one home from the hospital. The weight limit is 48.5 lbs (33 lbs with height adapter/extension set).

How do you fold this stroller? 

• The Journey folds simply with one quick motion, see the video here!

How much weight can I transport in my basket?

• The basket of our strollers can hold up to 22 lbs.

What kind of wheels come on The Journey? 

• The Journey features large all-wheel suspension for a smoother ride, enhanced by a reflective white stripe for improved visibility in low-light conditions. It is made out of ER (mix of EVA and rubber) + Rubber skin outer layer for added performance and durability.

• The Journey comes with a step brake near the right rear wheel.

Which wheels are compatible with my Journey?

• Only our Journey Wheels are compatible. These wheels are also not compatible with any other Zoe stroller.

Will this fit in an overhead bin?

• No, this stroller would need to be gate-checked. At this time, we do not have a bag for travel with The Journey.

What colors of The Journey come with brown leatherette?

• Only the Navy comes with the brown leatherette. Oat, Sea Green, and Black all come with black leatherette.

Do I need to purchase anything for Duo Mode?

• Yes, you will need The Journey Add-On Seat + Duo Extender Kit (includes Duo Extender Kit, Additional Seat, and Height Adapters) to stroll with two seats (infant-compatible). 

• For other configurations, you will need the Duo Extender Kit + your choice of Duo Bassinet or Car Seat Adapters.

Can you use a car seat with this stroller? 

• Yes! The Journey stroller is compatible with Graco, Chicco, Maxi Cosi, Evenflo, Britax, Clek, Cybex, and Nuna car seats! You can find out more information about our car seat adapters here (sold separately). 

The car seat I want to use does not appear in the compatibility list

• We are continually testing and working to safely accommodate as many car seats as possible. However, we can only confirm safety testing for the car seats on the chart provided at this time. If your version is not listed explicitly, it has not been safety tested or approved. You can view our current approved car seats here. 

Is the bassinet safe for overnight sleep?

• No, we only recommend letting your baby sleep in it while strolling and under adult supervision. 

• No, the bassinet is only compatible with The Journey.

When can I start using the seat of the stroller instead of the bassinet?

• The bassinet is designed for babies up to 20 lbs or until they outgrow it. Once your little one outgrows the bassinet, you can switch to using the stroller seat in the horizontal position. When your baby is able to sit up on their own, you can adjust the seat to the upright position. The stroller seat can support a maximum weight of 48.5 lbs.

• The Ride On Board is only compatible with The Journey at this time.

• Unfortunately, the rear axle will be covered when the extra seat or bassinet is attached, so there won’t be enough space to fit the Ride On Board. 

• The Ride On Board is designed for children between 18 months and 4 years old who can walk and hold themselves up without assistance and the maximum weight is 44 lbs.

Can I use the Bunting in the bassinet?

• The bunting is only compatible with the seat of The Journey and is not compatible with the bassinet.

Can I fold The Journey with the Bunting inside?

• Yep! No disassembly required.

How do I install the Zoe Bunting for The Journey?

• To fit the Bunting properly, simply guide the harnesses through the Bunting, then attach the top using the straps and thread them through the loops on the seat. This will ensure a snug and secure fit for your little one.

• Max weight 33 lbs
• You can use with seat, bassinet or in duo mode. 
• Not compatible with a car seat adapter
• Never use more than 1 adapter set
• Never combine with car seat adapters

How to care for your Journey 🧽 🫧

We recommend using a damp cloth and, if necessary, a mild detergent. However, all fabrics can be removed and washed. Before washing, please ensure that all fastenings, foam, plastic, or metal parts are separated from the fabric. 

Please follow the washing instructions on the labels of the individual parts. If your product is still wet due to rain or after cleaning, please leave it open until it is completely dry.
