First, let’s find out which version of the Twin you have:
If your stroller has a magnetic buckle, you have the Twinᵛ³ (latest release). If your stroller has no magnetic buckle but has an adjustable parent handlebar, you have the Twinᵛ². If your stroller does not have the adjustable parent handlebar, you have the Twinᵛ¹.
Twin V3Our latest V3 strollers feature distinct upgrades that set them apart from previous versions. Here are a couple that are easy to spot!

Twin V2The V2 will not have the upgrades of the V3 mentioned above (magnetic buckle or logo on the side). However, it will have an adjustable handlebar and a black frame, with the non-magnetic style buckle (see third image below). | ||

| Can I use a Car Seat Adapter on my Twinᵛ¹? No. The width of the Twinᵛ¹ is not wide enough to attach a Car Seat Adapter and will not work. |
| Will the double snack tray I already own work with the Twinᵛ³? Yes. The Twinᵛ² and Twinᵛ³ use the same Twin double snack tray. Please note the Twinᵛ¹ snack tray has been discontinued. |
Will the backpack I already own work with the Twinᵛ² or Twinᵛ³? Our backpacks are designed to have a snug fit. Unfortunately, older models of the Twin Backpack sold before October 2023 will not work on the Twinᵛ² or the Twinᵛ³. You will want to purchase the Twin Travel Bag here. |
Will the rain cover I already own work with the Twinᵛ² or Twinᵛ³? Unfortunately, older models of the Twin Rain Cover sold before October 2023 are not the best fit. You will want to purchase the current rain cover here. |
| Will the double parent organizer work on the Twinᵛ¹? Yes! It will be a little snug, as it was designed for a perfect fit on the Twinᵛ² and Twinᵛ³(1" wider), but it will still work great & give you the increased storage you've been looking for. |

We know that sometimes you just need to see it for yourself and experience the ease, comfort, and simplicity of Zoe. Please be mindful of keeping items in new condition and avoid using strollers outdoors to ensure a full refund.
Warranty
Your Zoe stroller is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.
