Does this stroller fit through doorways?
This stroller fits through most doorways with ease, as The Twinᵛ³ is 30" wide. The width of most modern standard doorways ranges from 30-34".
Can you use a car seat with this stroller?
Yes! Our Twinᵛ³ stroller is compatible with select, UPPAbaby, Graco, Chicco, Maxi Cosi, and Nuna car seats! (cue the applause 🎉👏) You can find out more information about our car seat adapters here (sold separately).
Keep in mind - The Twinᵛ³ can hold only one car seat at a time. (You can not have two car seat adapters)
Can this stroller be turned into a triple or our quad stroller?
Yes, our Twinᵛ³ stroller can be combined with the Trioᵛ³ Add-On seats or the Tribeᵛ³ Add-On seat as your family grows. When the stroller is made into a Trio or Tribe, the add-on must be removed for folding and storage, as this helps create a compact, simple storage solution.
Keep in mind you will want to choose the compatible add-on seat to go with the Twinᵛ³. You can view the compatible Trio add-on seat and the compatible Tribe add-on seat. (Add-on seats will be available early August 2026)
Can the Twin be split into two single strollers?
No, the Twinᵛ³ does not separate into two single strollers. If you're looking for a more versatile single-to-double option, check out our Tour + Tandem.
Does the Twinᵛ³ come with All-Terrain Wheels?
It does not, however, it does come with our premium Everyday Wheels.
How much does this stroller weigh?
The Twin is likely lighter than your toddler. Easily take on everyday errands or global adventures. The Twinᵛ³ weighs only 25 lbs, making it the perfect travel & everyday stroller. It can be carried shoulder style with one of our carry straps, or in a travel bag for additional protection when you're traveling.
How long will my kids be able to ride in the Twinᵛ³?
Kids all grow at different rates, so measurements are your best bet in knowing what will work for your family. With the new infant cocoon, the Twinᵛ³ can be used from birth! The maximum weight per seat is 60 lbs. The seat back measures 26" from the bottom of the seat to the canopy, with a 18.5" seat back height.

Returns
Your kid might not have a return policy, but we sure do! We offer a 30-day trial period so you can test out Zoe products in the convenience and comfort of your own home. The goal of this policy is to let you test drive the stroller in your home and truly *feel* how awesome our products are. We know that sometimes you just need to see it for yourself and experience the ease, comfort, and simplicity of Zoe. Please be mindful of keeping items in new condition and avoid using strollers outdoors to ensure a full refund.
Warranty
Your Zoe stroller is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.
