How to clean your JourneyUpdated 14 days ago

Making memories in new places can get a little messy.

Thankfully, our strollers are easy to clean. With stain-resistant fabrics, most spills are cleaned after using a warm, damp cloth and air drying.

Each stroller has specific cleaning instructions on the tag. Avoid harsh chemicals, and spot clean with detergent to test before using across all fabric.

How to clean your Journey 🧽🫧

Regular Cleaning: Hand wash using a sponge and, if needed, a mild detergent. Wipe off excess water with a dry cloth and let the stroller dry in a shaded area.
For Stubborn Dirt: Dilute a mild detergent and apply it directly to the dirty area. Wipe away any remaining detergent thoroughly.
Drying: If the stroller gets wet from rain or cleaning, leave it open until it is completely dry before folding or storing.
Fabric Washing: All fabrics can be removed and hand-washed. Before washing, ensure that fastenings, foam, plastic, or metal parts are separated from the fabric. For more information, please reach out to [email protected].

Wheels

Over time, the swivel wheel holders (where you attach the front wheels) and the front wheel axles can collect dirt. To keep things rolling smoothly, take the wheels off every now and then and give them a quick clean with lukewarm water. Make sure everything is completely dry before popping the wheels back on!

Stroller Maintenance

To keep your stroller looking great, try not to leave it in the sun, as the fabric and plastic can fade over time. A little bit of discoloration or wear on The Journey stroller is normal with regular use and exposure to the elements—just part of its journey with you! 😊

Important ⚠️

  • Never bleach or dry clean.
  • Always let fabrics fully dry before folding.
  • If it’s rainy, be sure to use the rain cover to keep your stroller protected.
  • If The Journey stroller gets wet from rain or cleaning, do not fold it up. Make sure to leave it open in a well-ventilated area until it’s fully dry—it’ll be ready to go in no time!
