Holiday Shipping FAQs 2024Updated a month ago

'Tis the season [for shipping delays]...!  

Due to high volumes, please expect extended order processing times. We are doing our best to get your orders out ASAP, but processing time may be up to two weeks. 

You will receive a tracking link when your order is being prepared for shipment - once you receive a link, your shipment should leave the warehouse within 48 hours & your tracking link(s) will be updated with accurate estimated shipping times once scanned by the carrier. Please note that items may ship separately and on different days. 

GROUND SHIPPING

Our goal is to ship out all FedEx Ground orders within 3-5 business days, but order processing time may take up to two weeks to ship from our Zoe Warehouse. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping will not be available after December 18th at 12PM EST. If you need to expedite your order, please reach out to customer service immediately!

ORDER CHANGES

If you need any changes to your order, please reach out to customer service immediately, and we’ll do our best to help cancel or modify your order prior to shipping.
