'Tis the season [for shipping delays]...! ✨
Due to high volumes around our Black Friday sale, please expect extended order processing times. We are doing our best to get your orders out ASAP, but processing time may be up to two weeks.
You will receive a tracking link when your order is being prepared for shipment - once you receive a link, your shipment should leave the warehouse within 48 hours & your tracking link(s) will be updated with accurate estimated shipping times once scanned by the carrier. Please note that items may ship separately and on different days.
GROUND SHIPPING
Our goal is to ship out all FedEx Ground orders within 3-5 business days, but order processing time may take up to two weeks to ship from our Zoe Warehouse.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Express/Overnight orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM EST will ship out the same day. Any orders placed after 12PM EST will ship out the next business day.
Any Express/Overnight orders placed over the weekend or holidays will ship out the following business day.

If you need any changes to your order, please reach out to customer service immediately, and we’ll do our best to help cancel or modify your order prior to shipping.
