FAQs

Can I use a car seat with The Tour?

Yep! The Zoe Car Seat Adapter allows you to fit all Chicco and Graco car seats into your Tour with a simple click. View our compatibility chart here

Is the Nuna Car Seat Adapter Compatible with either Tour?

No. Only the Chicco and Graco car seats are compatible with the Tourᵛ¹ or the Tourᵛ² stroller.

Can this stroller be turned into a double stroller?

Yes, the Tourᵛ² and Tourᵛ¹ strollers can be combined with the Tandem Add-On seat as your family grows. When the stroller is made into a double, the add-on must be removed for folding and storage, as this helps create a compact, simple storage solution.

* Keep in mind, that you will want to choose the compatible add-on seat. The V1 Tandem Add-On Seats in the Outlet are the only add-on seats that will work with the Tourᵛ¹

If I get an add-on seat, can I use them as two single strollers?

No. Our add-on seats attach to the belly bar of The Tour so they don't have rear wheels or a handlebar.

Do the Tourᵛ² and Tourᵛ¹ use the same snack tray?

Yes! You will want the Tour/Twin Single Snack Tray here.

Does The Tour fit in airplane overhead bins?

Yes, The Tour is perfect for traveling and will fit in MOST airline overhead compartments, but check with your airline carrier first.

Should I get the Tourᵛ¹ or the Tourᵛ²?

Check out our full comparison of both models here.

Should I get the Traveler or the Tour?

Check out our full comparison of the Traveler & Tour here.

Which wheels are compatible with this stroller?

The Tourᵛ¹ comes with Zoe's ultra-smooth Lightweight travel wheels and the Tourᵛ² comes with our new, upgraded Everyday wheels. Both models are also compatible with our All-Terrain Wheels!

How do I replace my canopy?

How do I replace my basket?

How do I open or fold the Tour?

The Tour's easy one-handed fold is part of what makes it such a parent favorite.

To fold the stroller, lock wheels, recline the seat back, close the canopy. Stand facing the stroller, locate the unlock tab in the center of the stroller seat. Pull upward on the strap (1), lifting the stroller up in the air as it folds in half. Lock the fold latch (2).

To unfold the stroller, lift the fold latch (2) then grab the parent handle and pull upward until the stroller is fully opened.

Pro tip: Make sure your seat back is at least partially reclined (not fully upright) to easily collapse the stroller. Need more tips? Check out this article. For more tips, see "Tips & Tricks" below.
