Black Friday Shipping FAQs 2023Updated 12 days ago

Tis the season [for shipping delays]...!

Due to high volumes around our Black Friday Sale & our new product launches, please expect extended order processing times. We are doing our best to get your orders out ASAP, but processing time may be up to two weeks. 

You will receive a tracking link when your order is being prepared for shipment - once you receive a link, your shipment should leave the warehouse within 48 hours & your tracking link(s) will be updated with accurate estimated shipping times once scanned by the carrier. Please note that items may ship separately and on different days. 


Ground shipping orders placed November 18th - December 4th may take up to two weeks to ship from our Zoe Warehouse. 


Express & Overnight orders received before 12PM EST (M-F) ship the same day, while orders received after 12PM EST (M-F) ship the following business day. Our warehouse team spends time with their families on weekends and national holidays. Orders placed on those days will be shipped the next business day.

If you need any changes to your order, please reach out to customer service immediately, and we’ll do our best to help cancel or modify your order prior to shipping.
