If you or your organization are tax exempt, we’ll need you to complete the following steps before you place an order with us to ensure you are not charged any taxes. 

 Here are the steps you'll need to take: 

1 - Sign up for an account on our website using this link: https://zoebaby.com/account/register

2 - Reach out to our Customer Experience team at [email protected] and include a copy of your tax-exempt form and confirm the e-mail address that you used to register your account. 

3 - Our team will review your documents and will update your account to ensure that all of the orders you place when logged in are tax-exempt. They will reply to let you know once this is complete and then you can place your order!
