How will my order be shipped? 

Zoe uses FedEx as our primary shipping method for all strollers. Some addresses (such as military bases) require USPS, and we do ship products via USPS as needed. Accessories may ship separately, and all items ship from our base of operations in Charlotte, NC.

How long does order processing take?

Orders received and authorized before 12PM EST (M-F) generally ship within 1-2 business days, depending on order volume. Our warehouse team spends time with their families on weekends and national holidays. Orders placed on those days will be shipped within 2-3 business days the following week.

How long will standard ground shipping take?

The below transit map shows approximately how many business days it will take for your shipment to arrive if you choose the Ground Shipping option during checkout. Please note that a specific delivery date is not guaranteed with Ground Shipping and FedEx Home Delivery does not consider Saturday or Sunday as “transit or delivery days”.

All time frames expressed are from the time the package is shipped, not the time the order is placed. Order processing time may add 1-2 business days to your overall shipping timeline.

Expedited Shipping:

If you need to receive your shipment by a guaranteed date, please choose an expedited shipping method during checkout. That is the only way FedEx can guarantee the arrival date. Specifically, our EXPRESS shipping guarantees 3 transit (business) days or less, and OVERNIGHT Shipping guarantees 1 transit (business) day. All time frames expressed are from the time the package is shipped, not the time the order is placed. Order processing time may add 1-2 business days to your overall shipping timeline. 

Express & Overnight orders received before 12PM EST (M-F) ship the same day, while orders received after 12PM EST (M-F) ship the following business day. Our warehouse team spends time with their families on weekends and national holidays. Orders placed on those days will be shipped the next business day.

If you want to change your shipping method after checking out, please reach out to customer service immediately, and we’ll do our best to help cancel or modify your order prior to shipping.

United States Postal Service and APO Shipping

We’re excited to offer free USPS shipping to military addresses! Please note that delivery times may be longer than FedEx transit times. 

How much does shipping cost?

Zoe offers free ground shipping in the continental US for all orders of $100 or more!

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are charged a flat fee of $25-$150 per order. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico are charged a flat fee of $75-$150 per order.

NOTE: shipping charges may change during promotional periods; check your shopping cart for accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. 

Shipping outside of the Contiguous U.S.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S states, as well as Puerto Rico. We currently do not offer International Shipping. Our Strollers have passed rigorous safety standards set by the U.S., but countries outside of the U.S. have their own regulations, and we’re unable to ship our products there.

FedEx Claims

We promise to work with you to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items. You have up to 30 days to alert Zoe of a lost, stolen, or missing item.  

We will assist customers with filing a Federal Express claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact Federal Express about any loss or delivery disputes.  Additional detail about steps to take for lost or stolen packages can be found here. 

Available in stores? 

Zoe products are only available from our website and on Babylist! Our decision to sell directly to you is an intentional move to provide the best products at the best prices - something we will forever be confident is the right move! By selling straight to our Zoe fam, we've unlocked perks that make shopping with us even more fun! 

So, while you won't find Zoe products in retail stores or on Amazon, we do have a great 30-day return policy that makes it easy to try out our strollers and gear in the comfort of your own home.

Returns

Your kid might not have a return policy, but we sure do! We offer a 30-day trial period so you can test out Zoe products in the convenience and comfort of your own home. The goal of this policy is to let you test drive the stroller in your home and truly *feel* how awesome our products are. We know that sometimes you just need to see it for yourself and experience the ease, comfort, and simplicity of Zoe. Please be mindful of keeping items in new condition and avoid using strollers outdoors to ensure a full refund.

Warranty

Your Zoe stroller is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.
