How do I cancel or change my order?Updated a year ago

Contact us to submit your request here, and add CANCELLATION REQUEST or CHANGE REQUEST to the subject line. However, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled, as all orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Even if your order hasn't left our warehouse, it may be loaded on one of our shipping trucks behind hundreds of other packages shortly after you place the order. This works out great for the majority of orders, as we know you'd like to receive your order as quickly as possible.
