'Tis the season [for shipping delays]...! ✨
Due to high volumes, please expect extended order processing times. We are doing our best to get your orders out ASAP, but processing time may be up to 3-4 business days.
You will receive a tracking link when your order is being prepared for shipment - once you receive a link, your shipment should leave the warehouse within 48 hours & your tracking link(s) will be updated with accurate estimated shipping times once scanned by the carrier. Please note that items may ship separately and on different days.
GROUND SHIPPING
Our goal is to ship out all FedEx Ground orders within 3-4 business days, but order processing time may take up to a week to ship from our Zoe Warehouse.
The below transit map shows approximately how many business days it will take for your shipment to arrive if you choose the Ground Shipping option during checkout. Please note that a specific delivery date is not guaranteed with Ground Shipping and FedEx Home Delivery does not consider Saturday or Sunday as “transit or delivery days”.
All time frames expressed are from the time the package is shipped, not the time the order is placed. Order processing time may add a week to your overall shipping timeline.
Our warehouse will be closed for shipments on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas and New Year's Day.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via FedEx Express and are charged a flat fee of $25 - $150 per order. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico are charged a flat fee of $75 - $150 per order.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout! If you need to receive your shipment by a guaranteed date, please choose an expedited shipping method during checkout. Specifically, our EXPRESS (FedEx 2 Day) shipping guarantees 2 transit (business) days or less, and OVERNIGHT Shipping guarantees 1 transit (business) day. All time frames expressed are from the time the package is shipped, not the time the order is placed. Order processing time may add up to a week to your overall shipping timeline.
Express & Overnight orders received before 12PM EST (M-F) ship the same day, while orders received after 12PM EST (M-F) ship the following business day. Our warehouse team spends time with their families on weekends and national holidays. Orders placed on those days will be shipped the next business day.
Please note, Express shipping will not be available after 12PM EST on December 22nd and Overnight will not be available after 12PM EST on December 23. Both expedited shipping options will be available again starting January 5th.
